McClendon Farms Market offers more than just our black angus beef! Our gardens produce tomatoes, sweet corn, squash, peppers, okra, cucumbers, cantaloupes, and more all hand-picked at peak ripeness. 

We also transform our harvest into small-batch, farm-made products: fresh salsa, canned peppers, pickled okra, pickles, and other seasonal specialties available in our farm store.  We also carry our beef fat rendered into nutrient-rich tallow for cooking, baking, frying, and sautéing, as well as created into  handcrafted soaps and candles. Beef tallow is a natural source of vitamins and a highly stable cooking fat, tallow has been trusted for generations.
